YAKO Dispatch — Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

Welcome to YAKO Dispatch (the “Service”), provided by YAYAKO Studio (“we”, “us”). By using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you disagree, please stop using the Service.

2. Service description

The Service is a dispatching management app for on-site service businesses in Taiwan, offering:

• Job creation and dispatching
• Worker check-in and navigation
• Completion photos and customer signatures
• Payment tracking and reports
• Real-time dashboard

3. Account and registration

• Owner accounts: created by company owners or managers. Can set up the company profile, generate invitation codes, and invite workers
• Worker accounts: join a specific company using an invitation code; can only see jobs assigned to them
• You are responsible for the security of your account (keep your password private, do not share)

4. Subscription and payment

4.1 Trial

New accounts get a 14-day free trial with full features.

4.2 Plans

• Basic NT$990 / month: 1 owner + 3 workers
• Standard NT$1,990 / month: 1 owner + 10 workers
• Pro NT$4,990 / month: 1 owner + unlimited workers

4.3 Payment method

Payment feature coming soon. Free during v1.

4.4 Refunds

You can cancel anytime during the trial. After subscription, fees are charged monthly; paid fees are non-refundable, but you may cancel future billing at any time.

5. User responsibilities

1. Provide accurate registration information
2. Keep your password safe
3. Not upload illegal, infringing, defamatory, sexual, or harassing content
4. Not use the Service for unlawful activities
5. Not attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or attack the Service
6. Have the right to process the customer data you upload (names, phones, addresses)

6. Intellectual property

• Code, UI design, trademarks, and logos of the Service belong to YAYAKO Studio
• Content you upload (customer data, jobs, photos, signatures) belongs to you / your company
• You grant us a license to store, process, and display this content as necessary to operate the Service

7. Availability and disclaimers

• The Service is provided “as-is”; we make no guarantee of uninterrupted operation
• We target 99.5% monthly uptime; scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance
• Important: We are not liable for business losses, customer complaints, or revenue losses resulting from Service downtime, data loss, or operational errors
• Our maximum liability is capped at the subscription fees you paid in the previous 3 months

8. Termination

• You may cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time
• We may terminate your account if you:
  • Breach these terms
  • Fail to pay for over 30 days
  • Engage in unlawful activities
• After termination, your data will be purged within 30 days per the privacy policy

9. Changes to terms

Material changes will be announced in-app and reflected in the “Last updated” date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

• These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan)
• Any dispute will be heard in the Taipei District Court as the court of first instance
